Scope
This refund policy applies to all purchases made on slateandstack.com, operated by Slate & Stack. All products are digital (template downloads, Notion duplicate links, spreadsheet files, license keys).
Digital Products
Digital products (template downloads, Notion duplicate links, license keys) are delivered instantly via email. In accordance with French Consumer Code Article L.221-28, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content whose execution has begun with the consumer's agreement. That said, we back every purchase with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If a template or license doesn't work as expected, we commit to: - Providing a corrected file as quickly as possible - Or issuing a full refund if no solution is found The request must be made within 14 days of purchase.
Digital-Only Store
Slate & Stack sells digital templates only — there are no physical products to ship or return. If your download link doesn't arrive or a template won't open, just email support@slateandstack.com with your order number and we'll resend a working file right away. Our 14-day money-back guarantee covers you if we can't make it work.
Refund Process
To request a refund: 1. Contact us at support@slateandstack.com with your order number 2. Describe the reason for your request 3. Our team will respond within 24 hours with instructions Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Exclusions
Refunds cannot be granted in the following cases: - The template files have been resold or redistributed in breach of the license - The request is made after the 14-day money-back window - Misuse of the product - A claim that the template is "not what you expected" when it matches the listing and previews
Refund Timeline
Once the request is approved: - Card & wallet refunds: within 3 to 5 business days - SEPA & crypto refunds: within 5 to 7 business days Refunds are processed via the original payment method. The time for the refund to appear on your statement depends on your bank or wallet provider.
